This is a commissioned piece for a novel. This is Sess the dragon. It is from the Young Adult novel called Astel, written by J.R. Murdock. It is only the size of a dog because it is only a few days old, but it carries with it all the knowledge of his ancestors. It is genderless, which is why I use keep using it.

Heath Ledger - Drawing in Pencil, Color in Photoshop




Ledger In Puteulanus



I chose to draw this on blue paper because blue can symbolize the emotion of sadness, and it is sad that Heath Ledger died. Simple, like me. "In Puteulanus" just means "in blue," in Latin.
